Fee management that survives a real collection month
Fee collection is the process a school cannot get wrong, and the one most software treats as a single "paid" tick. This handles the cases that actually occur: a family paying part of a challan, a sibling discount that changes mid-year, a cheque that bounces, and a receipt that has to be reprinted three months later.
What it does
- Monthly and one-off fee structures, set per class and per academic year
- Printed challans in bulk for a class, a section, or the whole school
- Part payments against a challan, with the balance carried as arrears
- Concessions and sibling discounts, applied per student with a reason recorded
- A collection book showing what was received, by whom, on which day
- Receipts reprintable at any time — a voided payment keeps its record rather than disappearing
