Questions schools ask first
Does it print report cards in Urdu?
Yes. Report cards, date sheets and salary slips print in English, Urdu, or both together — chosen once in the school’s document settings. The labels are translated; names, marks and dates are printed as entered.
Can parents see attendance and results?
Yes, through the parent portal. One login covers every child a family has at the school, showing attendance, assessment marks, published exam results, fee status and notices.
What does it cost?
Plans run from free for up to 100 students to PKR 15,000 a month for up to 2,000 students, billed monthly. Larger groups are handled as a conversation rather than a price.
Can it handle more than one campus?
Yes, on the Premium plan. Students, staff, classes and money are recorded per campus, with a school-wide view across all of them. A single campus is not chargeable — it is the second one that is.
Do we have to move all our data at once?
No. Schools usually start with fees and attendance for the current year, then add exams at the next term. Historical data can follow once the day-to-day is running.
Is our data separate from other schools?
Yes. Each school has its own subdomain and its records are scoped to that school throughout — a query cannot return another school’s data.
