About VX Schools
VX Schools is the Vortix Schools Management Platform — school management software for schools in Pakistan, built in Islamabad. Not a translated import: a system designed around the paperwork, the fee cycle and the printed documents that schools here already use.
What we are trying to get right
The documents families keep
A result card, a fee challan and an admission receipt are the things a school is judged on. They print bilingually, carry the school’s own signature lines and header, and can be reprinted long after the fact. A school that has its own format can have it.
The awkward cases, not the happy path
Part payments, a child who joins in October, a teacher raised mid-month, a payment reversed after the receipt was handed over. These are the cases that decide whether software is used or quietly abandoned, and they are where most of the work goes.
One school’s data is one school’s
Every school runs on its own subdomain, and records are scoped to that school throughout the system rather than filtered at the edges. A query cannot return another school’s data.
How we work with a school
Schools usually start with fees and attendance for the current year, add examinations at the next term, and bring historical data across once the day-to-day is running. There is no requirement to move everything at once, and no charge for helping you set up.
